Idaho falls community hospital
Main CAmpus - 2019
200,000+ square foot hospital and parking garage. The tower includes an emergency room, in-patient services, an intensive care unit, 88 private rooms, and three operating rooms.

Expanding the hospital with two additional ORs and supporting modalities, including PACU, central sterile, and clinical staff support areas.

Surgery Remodel and Expansion - Ongoing
Relocated several services to remodel and expand the west area of campus to add two additional operating rooms and relocate med surg for needed capacity. This project also involves the expansion and relocation of mechanical and electrical infrastructure to support the increased building footprint.
Lab expansion/relocation - 2022
Relocated and expanded the existing lab to add automated track system that greatly increased the lab’s capacity and efficiency.
NICU expansion - 2022
Renovated existing two bed NICU and recovery rooms into a fourteen bed NICU with increased level of patient acuity.
Main Campus RemodeL - 2019
Improved existing hospital campus by adding additional general medical beds and expanding operating room capacity.
Teton Cancer - idaho falls radiation oncology
Facilitated the development, including private offerings, land acquisition, and construction, of this high-tech radiation oncology center. Update: Currently expanding the building to accommodate patient growth.

Acted as owner/representative on behalf of Promontory Health to oversee construction and business development of this 44-bed, short-term transitional care facility (skilled nursing).

Acted as owner/representative on behalf of Promontory Health to oversee construction and business development of this 47-bed, short-term transitional care facility (skilled nursing).
